Multi-Situational Enneagram Test
EMBRACE ALL OF YOU
Begin to Truly Appreciate Yourself
Have you ever wondered…
Why you can speak with such command in the boardroom,
yet become so withdrawn when you return home?

At Work
‘I must remain professional; there is no margin for error.’

With Friends
‘Every interaction is a validation of who I am.’

At Home
‘I want to be understood, but I fear becoming a burden.’

When Alone
‘Only here can I finally drop the mask.’
If this resonates with you, you are not alone.
This kind of ‘situational self-dissonance’ may be quietly draining your energy.
True authenticity isn’t about rigid consistency.
It is the flexibility
to adapt to different situations
while remaining true to your core self.
— Dr Anna Sutton, psychologist, University of Waikato

Client Testimonials
Real experiences from diverse roles and regions.
This report helped me to see the sincerity, the beauty, and the courage that I had—consciously or unconsciously—neglected within myself. Because of this newfound visibility, I found the courage and encouragement to face each new day. I am no longer just telling myself to be optimistic, brave, loving, or sincere; I can genuinely see that I am optimistic, beautiful, sincere, and brave. This is a profound experience that traditional Enneagram questionnaires would struggle to achieve.

This is far more useful than an ordinary personality test! It showed me exactly why I can speak with such ease at the office, yet instantly snap when communicating with my parents at home. Having found that hidden ‘switch’, I can now consciously adjust my approach.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does MSET differ from other Enneagram assessments?
- The questions are concise: 27 items per setting is enough to produce a stable result.
- It profiles you across four settings, giving a broader view of how you show up in each.
- Each participant receives a private assessment link, and the report can be downloaded as a PDF.
- Results have been statistically examined for consistency.
- Every report is accompanied by a consultation, so the findings are read in context rather than alone.
- Alongside strengths and challenges, the report offers points for reflection and directions for growth.
Why do the results show so many different traits?
Most of us prefer to stay within our comfort zone, using familiar habits in familiar places with familiar people, simply because it takes less effort. Yet in certain situations we adapt, either by choice or by necessity: when we are dissatisfied with how things are, when we are actively trying to grow, or when our surroundings no longer support the way we usually operate.
Someone who is habitually generous with their time, for instance, may realise they have been helping others to the point of exhaustion, and decide to start attending to their own needs. A capable, fast-moving manager may notice that their own efficiency is quietly discouraging their team from developing, and decide to hold back their opinion for a little longer.
Our team or school would like to get started. What is the first step?
We design bespoke programmes for teams and schools. Tell us about your group size and what you are hoping to address using the consultation form, and one of our consultants will be in touch to discuss the options.
