Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect the information you give us.
PLUS Knowledge (‘we’, ‘this site’) takes your privacy seriously. This policy sets out what we collect on plusknowledge.org, how we use it, and what rights you have.
1. What we collect
1.1 Information you give us
When you complete the consultation form on this site, we collect what you enter, which may include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- A contact telephone number (optional)
- Your location
- Your company or organisation and job title, for corporate enquiries
- Anything else you write in the form
If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence.
1.2 Technical information collected automatically
Our web host produces ordinary server logs as you browse — IP address, browser type, time of visit — which are used to keep the site running and secure. These logs are not linked to your identity and are not used to analyse your behaviour.
This site currently uses no analytics or advertising tracking tools whatsoever, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
2. How we use it
What you provide is used only for the following purposes:
- Responding to your enquiry, and arranging assessments, consultations or related services with you
- Recommending services suited to what you have described
- Maintaining service quality and our internal records
We do not use your information for marketing you have not agreed to, and we do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with third parties.
3. Storage and protection
Form submissions are stored in this site’s database and sent to our contact mailbox. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect them, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on administrator accounts.
Please understand, however, that no transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Should a security incident affect your personal information, we will notify those affected as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of it.
4. How long we keep it
We retain your information only for as long as is needed for the purposes above. If you have not been in contact with us for some time, or if you ask us to delete your information, we will remove the relevant records.
5. Third-party services
Video
Some pages on this site embed YouTube video. We load these only on request: until you click play, your browser sends no request to YouTube and loads none of its cookies.
Once you click play, the video loads via youtube-nocookie.com, at which point YouTube (Google LLC) may collect technical information about you. That processing is governed by Google’s own privacy policy and is outside our control.
External links
This site links to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle information.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to keep the site working, such as the session identifier set when an administrator logs in. These are not used to track or analyse your browsing.
As noted above, YouTube may set its own cookies once you choose to play a video.
7. Your rights
In relation to the personal information we hold about you, you may ask us to:
- Confirm what we hold, and let you see it
- Provide you with a copy
- Complete or correct it
- Stop collecting, processing or using it
- Delete it
Please write to [email protected] and we will deal with your request within a reasonable period. To protect you, we may need to verify your identity first.
8. Minors
Our assessment services may be taken by participants under the age of eighteen. If you are under eighteen, please provide personal information or use this site’s services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be revised as our services change or as the law requires. Revisions will be published on this page and the ‘last updated’ date amended. Where a change is significant, we will notify you by an appropriate means.
10. Contact us
If you have any questions about this policy, please write to [email protected].
